  • Improving processes for efficiency and quality
  • Extensive experience with large-scale budgeting
  • Extensive experience with business planning
  • Fluency in financial systems and processes
  • Focus on efficiency in financial systems

Aufgaben

  • Develop and lead a high-performing Finance team
  • Mentor Finance professionals to foster continuous improvement
  • Set strategic objectives for the central Finance function
  • Partner with the Global CLT for HelloFresh SE and service entities
  • Influence critical business decisions with financial insights
  • Ensure profit maximization and develop long-term strategic plans
  • Orchestrate end-to-end financial planning and forecasting
  • Deliver board-level financial reporting and strategic insights
  • Translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
  • Oversee daily operations of Accounting and Controlling
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS and HGB for financial reporting
  • Manage internal and external financial audits
  • Champion digital transformation in the finance function
  • Identify and implement automated solutions and modern tools
  • Enhance data accuracy and eliminate operational redundancies
  • Serve as a key interface to global shared service functions
  • Expand and apply best practices across the finance landscape
