Aufgaben
- Partner with Sales and Marketing teams
- Deliver accurate, timely financial insights
- Support decision-making across DACH, Europe, and META
- Act as a trusted advisor to the business
- Contribute to planning, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Report to the CFO for the DACH region
- Collaborate in regular planning and alignment meetings
- Provide insights on business performance by analyzing data
- Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations
- Monitor key financial metrics
- Track variances against plan
- Conduct variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget/Forecast)
- Identify risks and opportunities
- Support financial planning cycles
- Collaborate on campaign planning, mix forecasting, and performance tracking
- Develop and enhance reporting tools
- Support month- and quarter-end close processes
- Reconcile financial data
- Ensure accuracy across systems
- Prepare consolidated regional financial analyses
- Improve and streamline financial reporting and closing processes
