- Demonstrable B2B technology marketing experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent experience
- Integrated marketing program experience across multiple channels
- Account-based marketing experience
- Ability to market complex IT topics clearly
- Interest in major technology trends (AI, infrastructure, data)
- Channel and alliance partner marketing experience
- Demand generation event planning and execution experience
- Strong German and English communication skills
- Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence
- Data-driven mindset and performance analysis
- Strong budget and project management skills
- Proactive, self-starting approach
- Willingness to travel within the region
Aufgaben
- Lead marketing for Commercial Select segment in Germany and Austria
- Define and execute integrated field marketing plan
- Roll out programs to create high-quality opportunities
- Accelerate sales cycle and strengthen customer relationships
- Increase preference for the Everpure brand
- Work with Regional Commercial leadership and internal teams
- Build marketing plan for Commercial Select
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plan for DACH region
- Align programs and investments with regional priorities
- Tailor campaigns to priority industries and audiences
- Act as primary marketing partner for Regional Commercial Sales
- Support new logo acquisition through resellers
- Translate complex IT topics into market-ready stories
- Connect technical capabilities to business outcomes
- Support topics like virtualization, hybrid cloud, and AI
- Position Everpure in the context of IT landscape shifts
- Design and execute integrated campaigns
- Lead 1:few and 1:many ABM programs
- Work with sales to identify priorities and build engagement plans
- Create customer journeys for improved account engagement
- Plan and execute local and regional demand generation events
- Partner with Regional Sales Leadership and key partners
- Build collaboration across marketing and sales teams
- Support joint marketing initiatives
- Ensure MDF investments are focused and measurable
- Help partners navigate MDF processes
- Track program performance and contribution to bookings
- Refine strategy using data and insights
- Monitor market dynamics and competitor activity
- Share results and recommendations with stakeholders
