Field Clinical Therapy Specialist(m/w/x)
Training physicians on Intracept's minimally invasive spine therapies, developing educational content, and supporting clinical studies at a global medical technology firm. Experience with minimally invasive spine procedures and up to 75% travel required. Work in a high-paced, changing environment with an EMEA-focused Interventional Spine team.
Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in education or training role in medical device, pharma, or healthcare, or associate’s degree with 4+ years of experience in related clinical role
- Experience in minimally invasive spine procedures utilizing fluoroscopy, CT, or MRI
- Ability to travel up to 75%
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German, Spanish, Italian, or French is advantageous
- Ability to work in a high-paced, changing environment
- Experience in physician training and cadaveric training
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to visualize and translate 2-dimensional fluoroscopic images into anatomical 3-dimensional spaces
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Cross-functional team experience
- Customer relationship and budget management
- Ability to build strong rapport and relate well to physicians, surgeons, and key opinion leaders
Aufgaben
- Serve as the primary therapy expert for the Interventional Spine team in the EMEA region
- Develop and coordinate core content on product knowledge and surgical techniques
- Educate and train physicians and healthcare staff on Intracept's therapies
- Support clinical studies and product commercialization
- Partner with Marketing and cross-functional teams to create training materials for new product launches
- Execute and deliver procedural training for clinical trial site initiation
- Provide case coverage and technical support for clinical sites
- Evaluate the need for new educational programs and materials in the field
- Design and implement learning programs to address unmet education needs
- Coordinate classes and travel arrangements for sales training events
- Attend industry conferences to stay updated on clinical and competitive knowledge
- Work with field sales representatives to develop new hire competencies
- Mentor and evaluate field trainers
- Ensure compliance with quality policies and on-label promotion
- Educate and certify field support through cross-functional collaboration
