- Execute the commercial growth plan for the MWC category
- Manage volume, product mix, and profit margins
- Advise sales managers and representatives to improve performance
- Deliver commercial training for internal and external stakeholders
- Develop sales playbooks and competitive objection handling tools
- Represent the company at customer visits and trade shows
- Design sales incentives and campaigns with marketing teams
- Monitor healthcare regulatory and reimbursement changes
- Collaborate with Health Economics to leverage market opportunities
- Implement new sales initiatives to secure future growth
