As a Field Clinical Specialist, you will engage with physicians and hospital staff, providing essential training on device technologies and procedures. This role involves developing training materials, certifying staff, and supporting key accounts to ensure effective implementation and troubleshooting in the field.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor's Degree in related field
• •3 years of previous related medical device and/or clinical experience
• •Proven expertise in MS Office Suite
• •Good written and verbal communication skills
• •Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• •Moderate knowledge of cardiovascular science
• •Moderate understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, pathology, and physiology
• •Moderate understanding of medical device regulatory requirements
• •Moderate imaging analysis software skills
• •Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
• •Adherence to company rules and requirements

Aufgaben

• •Educate physicians on Pascal technologies
• •Train on device handling and implantation techniques
• •Provide troubleshooting support for assigned hospitals
• •Conduct one-on-one training sessions for hospital staff
• •Coordinate structured education programs on technology
• •Upsell in key strategic accounts with Business Managers
• •Develop and improve training curriculum and materials
• •Certify centers and staff according to EW SOP
• •Validate software and hardware updates in the field
• •Review clinical support activities and market changes
