Facility Manager(m/w/x)
Overseeing office operations and supervising a facility team in Munich. Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in Facilities Management required. Daily operations with Google Suite, budget management, and landlord relations.

- Bachelor degree in related discipline (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years related supervisory experience in Facilities Management
- Intermediate-advanced Google Suite knowledge

Aufgaben
- Lead the Facility Team for seamless office operations
- Maintain relationships with Landlord and Building Management
- Represent WPS within the local office community
- Supervise Facility Team in Munich for smooth daily operations
- Plan and manage vacation and rostering for the team
- Set annual objectives aligned with WPS team goals
- Conduct regular career development conversations
- Hire and onboard new team members
- Train and upskill the Facility Team
- Serve as the primary point of contact for facilities matters
- Respond to facilities-related queries
- Conduct regular facility maintenance checks
- Document maintenance activities
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs
- Meet with TMF Senior Manager and Janitorial Supervisor
- Review service quality and KPI scoring
- Maintain relationships with Building Maintenance Team and Landlord
- Ensure compliance with corporate security processes
- Coordinate local roll-out of global WPS initiatives
- Manage KPIs for all work streams in Munich
- Supervise planned and reactive maintenance
- Manage stock of consumables
- Oversee Handyman service
- Build strong relationships with local office communities and stakeholders
- Communicate with local office communities via email and Slack
- Inform about office news, events, and changes
- Minimize disruptions from office maintenance
- Promote WPS customer satisfaction surveys and newsletters
- Communicate IT-related topics with the IT department
- Prepare and contribute to DACH WPS team reports and meetings
- Ensure communication within the WPS team
- Coordinate with Back Office Admin for smooth processes
- Ensure compliance with German Health and Safety regulations
- Coordinate Fire Warden and First Aider trainings
- Attend ASA meetings
- Execute Site ERT Playbook and maintenance activities
- Coordinate drills with building management
- Communicate drill information to employees and ERT team
- Keep ERT training and staffing records updated
- Participate in cross-regional task forces
- Interface with IT for AV kit knowledge sharing
- Execute Space Champion duties for Munich
- Ensure compliance with SFDC security policies
- Manage visitor sign-in process
- Prevent badge surfing
- Protect data
