- Desirable electrical habilitation or certifications
- F‑Gas awareness or relevant authorisations
- Valid driver’s license
Aufgaben
- Perform preventive and corrective HVAC maintenance
- Repair plumbing and sanitary hot water systems
- Maintain compressed-air distribution and fix leaks
- Handle basic lighting and electrical repairs
- Fix doors, gates, and roller shutters
- Complete small building works and furniture assembly
- Conduct weekly checks on power backup systems
- Raise service tickets for equipment repairs
- Coordinate statutory inspections with accredited providers
- File and organize technical inspection reports
- Execute water hygiene routines and temperature checks
- Book Legionella sampling and resolve findings
- Monitor fire safety equipment and evacuation routes
- Issue and close contractor hot-work permits
- Manage security systems and alarm teletransmission
- Oversee cleaning, waste, and recycling services
- Coordinate pest control and drain maintenance
- Inspect and maintain roofs and gutters
- Supervise landscaping and indoor plant care
- Organize periodic checks for forklifts and MEWPs
- Manage work orders using the CMMS tool
- Track assets and maintenance consumables
- Report on simple monthly performance metrics
- Provide first-response support for facility incidents
