In this role, you will design and implement advanced data and machine learning solutions, collaborating with various teams to enhance self-service analytics and improve the overall performance and stability of the data platform.

Anforderungen

  • •Proven experience in developing, deploying, and operating scalable ML pipelines and AI solutions
  • •Solid understanding of machine learning, Agentic AI/MCP, RAG, and tool-using systems
  • •Advanced Python programming skills and hands-on experience in ML, AI, or data engineering
  • •Practical experience with cloud and data platforms, ideally AWS including SageMaker and Bedrock, as well as Snowflake
  • •Familiarity with software engineering principles such as version control, CI/CD, and automated testing
  • •Fluency in English (German is a plus) and availability to join in the office two days per week

  • •Build LLM-based agents and workflows for data analysis
  • •Architect, implement, and optimize data and ML pipelines
  • •Collaborate with Data Science and Business Intelligence teams
  • •Deliver self-service BI and predictive analytics solutions
  • •Support data engineers in building ingestion pipelines
  • •Maintain the data platform
  • •Improve stability, performance, and automation of the data platform
  • •Contribute to the evolution of AI, ML, and MLOps architecture
