Aufgaben
- Collaborate with senior leadership to design and execute the PMI strategy
- Lead efforts to blend two distinct company cultures
- Develop and implement change management initiatives
- Assess existing talent pools and develop deployment strategies
- Serve as the primary HR liaison for internal communications related to the merger
- Review and harmonize policies, benefits, and compensation structures
- Design programs to keep employees motivated and engaged
- Implement targeted training initiatives to upskill employees
- Track and report on PMI progress and employee sentiment
- Guide the strategy and delivery of culture and leadership development programs
- Partner with management to define growth needs and targets
- Establish and maintain the global culture and learning roadmap
- Participate in leadership meetings to address talent challenges
- Support managers in implementing culture and growth programs
- Manage partnerships with institutions for leadership development
- Create content delivery strategies for effective learning
- Oversee governance of learning roadmap development
- Align initiatives with Automotive strategic goals
- Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of initiatives
