Aufgaben
- Lead the product vision for the ERP product group
- Manage the team responsible for core business systems
- Oversee Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report systems
- Manage 1-2 Product Managers and Functional Managers
- Set strategy across all three ERP domains
- Act as the interface between technology and business functions
- Own the end-to-end ERP product portfolio on Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Craft a unified vision and strategy for ERP domains
- Translate business needs into an actionable roadmap
- Prove impact through business and product metrics
- Lead, coach, and grow two Product Managers
- Set clear expectations for the team
- Build a high-performance culture
- Develop the team into effective operators
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Finance and Supply Chain stakeholders
- Listen to problems and opportunities
- Align priorities with stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into technology solutions
- Partner with Engineering, Analytics, and subject-matter experts
- Ensure timely, value-driven delivery
- Work closely with system integrators
- Maximize platform capabilities with the Microsoft ecosystem
- Define the long-term Dynamics 365 roadmap
- Balance out-of-the-box functionality with custom development
- Manage upgrade cycles
- Manage integrations with adjacent systems
- Make data architecture decisions
- Drive iterative improvement across the product
