- Define and drive the ERP roadmap
- Ensure ERP integrates with surrounding systems

- Act as interface between stakeholders and partner
- Prioritize and structure requirements
- Own ERP changes and improvements end-to-end
- Ensure reliable ERP system operation
- Perform system maintenance and administrative tasks
- Build internal ERP and business systems capability
