- 3+ years experience Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central customization and API integration (AL, C/AL, .NET)
- Solid understanding of business processes (ideally finance and operations)
- Strong analytical skills, requirements gathering, and problem-solving experience
- Excellent communication skills and technical-to-business translation ability
- Fluency in English
- Curiosity, ownership, and motivation to tackle challenging problems
Aufgaben
- Serve as the internal expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Analyze business processes for ERP improvements.
- Identify opportunities for ERP integrations.
- Identify opportunities for ERP automation.
- Lead end-to-end ERP projects.
- Configure, customize, and optimize Business Central.
- Collaborate with Business Operations, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Implement tailored solutions for these teams.
- Manage and implement ERP system integrations.
- Maintain and continuously improve the ERP environment.
- Monitor system performance and implement optimizations.
- Create documentation, training materials, and user guidance.
- Liaise with external ERP partners and vendors.
- Ensure ERP supports growing operational and financial processes.
- Support the IT Helpdesk with basic ERP tasks.
- Assist IT Helpdesk with SaaS system support.
