- Knowledge of IT, data analysis, and visualization
Aufgaben
- Maintain machine availability and perform repairs
- Define and execute preventive maintenance actions and intervals
- Address equipment maintenance issues
- Maintain and control statistical machine data (SPC and APC)
- Participate in continuous improvement and overall equipment effectiveness measures
- Manage spare parts logistics, including consumption and cost reporting
- Assist in the implementation and release of new manufacturing processes
- Contribute to the planning and installation of new equipment
- Organize and conduct training for service employees
- Create and update machine-specific training content and maintenance instructions
