In this role, you will ensure machines are always available by performing repairs and maintenance. You will also participate in process improvements and train service employees on best practices.

Anforderungen

• •State-certified technician in electrical engineering
• •Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a technician in a production field
• •Strong technical work ethic, hands-on mentality, teamwork skills, and good communication skills
• •Good German and advanced English language skills, confident communication with contractors and clients
• •Knowledge of IT, data analysis, and visualization

Aufgaben

• •Maintain machine availability and perform repairs
• •Define and execute preventive maintenance actions and intervals
• •Address equipment maintenance issues
• •Maintain and control statistical machine data (SPC and APC)
• •Participate in continuous improvement and overall equipment effectiveness measures
• •Manage spare parts logistics, including consumption and cost reporting
• •Assist in the implementation and release of new manufacturing processes
• •Contribute to the planning and installation of new equipment
• •Organize and conduct training for service employees
• •Create and update machine-specific training content and maintenance instructions
