- Optimize service measures for quality and efficiency.
- Implement and monitor maintenance measures using SAP.
- Engage in continuous improvement measures for performance.
- Create and maintain work instructions for maintenance tasks.
- Develop and update OCAPs and service protocols.
- Organize training for technical personnel and maintain content.
- Collaborate with Fab Engineering to optimize service intervals.
- Maintain databases and systems like SAP-PM and MES.
- Ensure cleanliness and order in the service area.
- Implement environmental and safety management measures.
- Process equipment error messages with engineers and managers.
- Assist in implementing plant FMEAs.
