In this role, you will ensure optimal machine performance by maintaining availability, executing repairs, and managing maintenance processes. Your daily responsibilities will include improving efficiency, overseeing spare parts logistics, and training service employees.

Anforderungen

• •Master’s degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering
• •Relevant experience in equipment maintenance on ASML PAS steppers
• •Proof of ASML PAS5500 Maintenance Training Level 1+2
• •Strong engineering work ethic, hands-on mentality, teamwork, and communication skills
• •Advanced English language skills and confident communication with contractors and clients
• •In-depth knowledge of IT, data analysis, and visualization

Aufgaben

• •Maintain machine availability and perform repairs
• •Define and execute preventive maintenance actions and intervals
• •Process line yield and address equipment maintenance issues
• •Maintain and control machine-specific master data in SAP
• •Maintain and control statistical machine data for SPC and APC
• •Initiate and manage KVP/OEE measures for performance improvement and cost savings
• •Oversee spare parts logistics, including consumption and cost reporting
• •Participate in the implementation and release of new manufacturing processes
• •Assist in the planning and installation of new equipment
• •Organize and implement training measures for service employees
• •Create and maintain machine-specific training content and maintenance instructions
• •Moderate and collaborate in project and working groups
