- •Several years of experience selling complex digital B2B solutions to enterprise clients
- •Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deals
- •Strong negotiation skills and confidence working with Legal, Procurement, and Finance
- •Fluency in German and comfort collaborating with international teams
- •Structured and disciplined sales approach with a strong sense of ownership

- •Manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- •Develop tailored commercial proposals
- •Negotiate enterprise-level contracts with Legal, Finance, and Tech
- •Collaborate with Sales Development to build a strong pipeline
- •Conduct targeted outreach, networking, and events
- •Orchestrate internal teams to advance deals
- •Deliver an outstanding buying experience
- •Track, forecast, and report on pipeline and revenue
- •Contribute to sales strategy and go-to-market decisions
- •Represent Urban Sports Club at industry events
- •Strengthen presence in the German enterprise ecosystem
