- Experience in fast-paced, competitive market
- Ability to open new accounts horizontally
- Proven track record of overachievement
- Hitting sales targets
- Articulate business value of complex enterprise technology
- Co-selling with AWS, GCP, Azure, Accenture, KPMG
- Skilled in building business champions
- Driven and competitive
- Strong desire to be successful
- Must live in territory
- Passionate about growing career in database market
- Previous Sales Methodology training (MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger)
- Familiarity with databases, develops, cloud native infrastructure
Aufgaben
- Formulate and execute sales strategy
- Identify and qualify sales pipeline
- Close sales deals
- Prospect to CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and technical users
- Build strong relationships for growth
- Partner with Solution Architects
- Collaborate with Professional Services team
- Work with ecosystem and channel partners
- Maximize deal sizes
- Participate in sales enablement trainings
- Attend Sales Bootcamp
- Engage in leadership development programs
