- Execute changes while ensuring minimal service disruption
- Build automations using Python, Groovy, and JQL
- Develop integrations with GitHub, SAP, and ServiceNow
- Optimize automation performance, security, and costs
- Track service KPIs and analyze performance trends
- Update knowledge-base articles and document lessons learned
- Enforce platform governance and best-practice workflow designs
- Ensure configurations comply with GxP, GDPR, and SOX
- Support audits, CAPAs, and internal quality management
