Anforderungen
- Academic degree in business information science, computer science, or similar
- Minimum of 5 years work experience within business and/or IT roles in Tech, Pharma, Digital Agency, or Consultancy services
- Proven track record as Digital/Technical Product Owner for digital experience management systems/platform
- Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud products, especially Experience Manager
- Knowledge of digital marketing asset creation and life cycle management processes in pharmaceutical industry
- Strong value driven, service and end-consumer oriented mindset
- Distinctive executional skills, pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset
- Solid analytical and organizational skills, cross-functional collaboration and alignment skills
- Good technical understanding with ability to quickly grasp complex technical contexts
- Strong communication skills with ability to understand business needs and simplify technical topics
- Fluency in English
Aufgaben
- Define and communicate the vision and goals for digital capabilities
- Align digital capabilities with business needs and user experience
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions
- Prioritize features to meet business and technical needs
- Steer and manage value-driven changes on the platforms
- Approve and release updates with vendor teams
- Support organizational change management with clear communication
- Provide tool training support and documentation
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure high availability and security
- Oversee contracts and service delivery of implementation partners
- Guide the efforts of the team
