Aufgaben
- Ensure availability of automation systems across production areas
- Act as technical expert to resolve automation system malfunctions
- Cooperate with departments and manufacturers to resolve issues promptly
- Ensure prompt issue resolution complies with GMP requirements
- Implement automation projects for pharmaceutical production facilities
- Manage automation system life cycle in a regulated environment
- Collaborate with business partners, external service providers, and suppliers
- Coordinate stakeholders for automation projects
- Undertake selected project management responsibilities
- Represent subject matter expertise to Production, Maintenance, Equipment Engineering, Qualification, and Quality Assurance
- Participate in international project teams
- Develop proposals for long-term adaptation of control systems
- Develop proposals for continuous improvement of control systems
- Develop design specifications for automation of production facilities
- Develop requirements specifications for automation of production facilities
- Ensure data integrity and data security compliance for existing systems
- Ensure data integrity and data security compliance for new implementations
- Prepare technical documentation
- Review technical documentation
- Approve technical documentation
