Anforderungen

- 3+ years experience within EASA or FAA approved Design or Production Organization
- Current or recent DVE/DRE appointment with electrical discipline approval (preferable)
- Experience with aircraft interior modification programs, especially electrical seat integration
- High level of attention to detail
- Knowledge and experience with RTCA DO-160, DO-178C, DO-254, and System Safety Assessment
- Experience in leading complex projects (schedule, financial, resource, risk/issues management)
- Ability to influence team members and stakeholders
- Willingness to develop, mentor, and coach staff
- Experience navigating OEM data systems for specifications and standards
- Principled, reliable professional valuing integrity, safety, accountability, quality, and ethical conduct
- Inclusive, collaborative nature, transparent communication, respect for diverse perspectives, ownership to drive results
- Comfort with variable work statement
- Flexibility to support meetings across time zones

- Document complex electrical system requirements.
- Develop electrical system solutions for aircraft seats.
- Document electrical system solutions for aircraft seats.
- Review supplier data for seat integration approval.
- Review seat electrical drawings and diagrams.
- Review equipment qualification data.
- Prepare wiring diagrams for aircraft seating.
- Prepare 3D electrical installation models.
- Prepare qualification test plans and reports.
- Conduct system safety analyses.
- Prepare equipment qualification documentation.
- Prepare EWIS compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with airworthiness and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure safe and compliant aircraft cabin modifications.
- Collaborate with aircraft Type-Certificate holders.
- Ensure seamless integration of seating products.
- Manage seating product integration during or after delivery.
- Supervise supplier performance.
- Ensure system integration and compliance with requirements.
