- Knowledge of automation and data quality
- SAP certifications (desirable)
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning
- Strong change management skills
- Experience with cloud platforms and frameworks
Aufgaben
- Co-create a scalable digital finance strategy
- Partner with senior leaders to align digital initiatives
- Design a scalable finance system and data architecture
- Serve as the SAP S/4HANA subject matter expert
- Implement advanced analytics and reporting tools
- Develop frameworks for what-if scenario modeling
- Automate shared service operations and financial processes
- Identify and deliver AI and RPA use cases
- Support legacy system migration to S/4HANA
- Integrate S/4HANA with Salesforce and procurement systems
- Drive global standard processes and minimize customization
- Translate business needs into digital requirements
- Establish performance metrics for the digital team
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration
