- Drive finance planning projects in BW and SAC
- Develop a strategic vision for 'One Planning'
- Operationalize the 'One Planning' approach
- Facilitate strategic simulation
- Oversee Group and Division top-down/bottom-up planning
- Lead workshops to establish an optimized planning model
- Collaborate with Controllers and Planning Functions
- Act as a global Financial Planning expert
- Advise on new or changed steering requirements
- Proactively optimize planning methods, processes, and systems
- Integrate Planning into Analytics and Management Reporting
- Partner with Reporting SMEs and IT teams
- Manage planning excellence projects and change
- Collaborate hands-on in planning solutions
- Establish global planning governance for process improvements
- Address local demands and global initiatives
