- Knowledge of advanced technologies such as AI and machine learning
- Strong change management skills for organizational transformation
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and enterprise architecture frameworks

- Drive Finance Digital transformation initiatives
- Design and build a scalable Finance Digital Ecosystem
- Integrate core platforms like SAP, OneStream, and Salesforce
- Create a digitized Finance vision and roadmap
- Enhance operational efficiency through digital finance strategy
- Automate finance operations using SAP S/4HANA
- Ensure seamless data flow across systems
- Evaluate and implement digital solutions for operational efficiency
- Implement advanced analytics and reporting tools
- Support Business Self-Service setup for finance teams
- Design tools for scenario modeling and long-term forecasting
- Refine financial models with FP&A teams
- Streamline shared service operations in finance
- Implement robotic process automation and intelligent document processing
- Identify and deliver AI use cases in finance
- Contribute to scalable finance system and data architecture
- Serve as SAP S/4HANA subject matter expert for Finance
- Support migration of legacy systems to S/4HANA
- Drive integration of S/4HANA with enterprise systems
- Collaborate on cloud-based platforms and APIs
- Establish global standard processes and minimize customization
- Prepare and execute Finance Digital roadmap
- Monitor effectiveness of implemented solutions
- Act as a Business Integrator for Finance and Digital needs
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Set clear goals and performance metrics for the Finance Digital team
