Anforderungen
- Consulting experience in industrial space or equivalent
- Customer Success experience in B2B SaaS
- Experience managing teams of individual contributors
- Building and maintaining customer relationships
- Basic manufacturing or pricing experience (plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in German and English
- Italian or Swedish language skills (plus)
Aufgaben
- Lead and grow the DACH customer success team
- Support operations in Italy and the Nordics as needed
- Manage key customer interactions and expansion processes
- Drive trust and net revenue retention
- Develop and execute a DACH customer success strategy
- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing customer engagement
- Maximize customer ROI and success with solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor to key customers
- Monitor and analyze customer success metrics
- Implement initiatives to enhance the customer experience
- Align strategies with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams
