Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field
- 10+ years experience in business development, commercial strategy, or strategic partnerships, ideally within MedTech, diagnostics, EMS or life sciences
- Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth, market expansion, or successful strategic partnerships
- Deep understanding of customer needs in diagnostics, medical or life sciences, and translating insights into commercial strategies
- Strong business acumen and ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent track record managing growth business in complex, competitive markets
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluent English and German
- Willingness to travel internationally as required
