Aufgaben
- Partner with Chief Customer Officer and direct reports
- Collaborate on AM Revenue Operations topics
- Drive renewal, expansion, and retention targets
- Guide annual planning and incentive programs
- Lead process improvement and team structure initiatives
- Manage performance reporting and target setting
- Proactively provide data-informed insights and PoVs
- Identify and prioritize optimization opportunities
- Manage a team of AM Revenue Operations professionals
- Define team roles and responsibilities
- Ensure successful execution of day-to-day operations
- Drive completion of longer-term projects
- Enable the AM organization to meet objectives
- Create an efficient ecosystem of processes and tools
- Improve the AM organization’s day-to-day experience
- Coach and develop team members for career advancement
