- Unified revenue organization
- Understanding of compounding revenue engine
- Stewarded organization through scaling phase
- Experience with breaking structures, processes, people models
- Designed scalable commercial systems
- Run funnel architectures, forecasting cadences, performance frameworks, quota models
- Translate company objectives to targets and priorities
- Data-driven operator
- SMB to Mid-Market sales understanding
- Balancing sales velocity and deal quality
- High standards

- Executive presence
- Hands-on builder mentality
- Working understanding of German (welcome)

- Manage 25 Sales Managers across multiple markets
- Own commercial forecast and pipeline health
- Translate numbers into executive decisions
- Sponsor strategically critical deals
- Engage personally to accelerate outcomes
- Design and improve funnel structure
- Implement scalable sales standards
- Coach and develop Sales Managers
- Conduct structured 1:1s and calibration
- Develop clear career frameworks
- Partner with CEO on commercial strategy
- Collaborate on org design and headcount planning
