- 2+ years B2B growth, demand generation, or go-to-market experience
- Proven enterprise SaaS, consulting, or B2B environment experience
- Track record building and converting sales pipelines
- Experience selling to or marketing toward large enterprises
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and stakeholder management
- Strategic and hands-on operation in fast-paced startup
- Willingness to work on-site in Berlin (mandatory)
- Experience in AI, automation, or enterprise software
- Existing network within SAP, consulting, or enterprise tech ecosystems
- Previous experience as early-stage startup growth hire
- Exposure to high-performance B2B sales environments

- Own and execute go-to-market strategy
- Drive pipeline generation and deal closure
- Develop positioning and messaging for key stakeholders
- Generate demand through content, events, partnerships, and outbound sales
- Optimize enterprise sales processes for growth
- Collaborate with founders on pricing and packaging
- Establish scalable growth frameworks and KPIs
- Hire, train, and lead the growth team
