Anforderungen
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, IT, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Several years of professional experience in project management, digital transformation, process automation, operational excellence, or similar roles in international and matrix-driven organizations
- Success in leading complex cross-functional projects with strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration capabilities
- Solid understanding of AI, Generative AI, AI Agents, intelligent automation, and data-driven business transformation
- Practical experience in design, implementation, validation, and optimization of AI-enabled and data-centric solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with structured, results-oriented, and proactive approach
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage effectively with all organizational levels
- Fluent English language skills, collaborative and innovation-driven mindset, and willingness to travel internationally

- Lead and manage AI and digital transformation initiatives
- Develop concepts and business cases for AI and digital transformation
- Implement, deploy, and scale AI and digital transformation initiatives enterprise-wide
- Identify, assess, and prioritize AI and intelligent automation opportunities
- Optimize data-driven processes across business functions
- Develop strategic roadmaps and business cases
- Create KPI frameworks and implementation plans
- Develop resource strategies
- Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations
- Coordinate international, cross-functional project teams
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, process owners, and external partners
- Drive successful project execution
- Translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions
- Support implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of digital solutions
- Evaluate and pilot emerging technologies
- Deploy AI, Generative AI, AI Agents, and intelligent automation solutions
- Optimize data-driven processes
- Drive organizational change for AI and digital solution adoption
- Promote responsible, secure, and effective AI technology adoption
- Establish digital innovation strategies
- Support digital innovation strategies to enhance operational efficiency
- Support digital innovation strategies to improve process transparency
- Support digital innovation strategies to increase long-term business value
