- Drive digital transformation initiatives with a focus on AI and intelligent automation
- Lead cross-functional projects from concept to enterprise-wide scaling

- Support implementation of scalable digital solutions across Supplier Quality, Procurement, and other business functions
- Develop project roadmaps, business cases, KPIs, and implementation plans
- Develop resource strategies
- Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations
- Coordinate international, cross-functional project teams
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT specialists, process owners, and external partners
- Translate business requirements into practical, scalable digital solutions
- Support implementation and continuous improvement of digital solutions
- Evaluate, pilot, and implement modern AI technologies
- Implement Generative AI, AI Agents, and intelligent automation
- Implement data-driven process optimization
- Support organizational change for AI adoption
