- Proven ability to build business cases and work with performance data and market analysis
- Demonstrated collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders in international matrix organization
- Familiarity with digital transformation, platform thinking, and GenAI-driven changes
- Strategic thinking, analytical problem solving, and strong commercial acumen
- Ability to connect big-picture vision with execution-ready roadmaps and initiatives
- Critical thinking, structured communication, and stakeholder alignment skills
- Data-driven mindset with ability to derive insights and challenge assumptions
- Outcome orientation, pragmatism, and ability to move from ambiguity to action
- Fluency in English
- Background in venture building or entrepreneurship (plus)
Aufgaben
- Analyze market dynamics, customer needs, performance data, and competitive moves
- Identify and shape new growth opportunities in digital and GenAI-enabled business models
- Develop strategic blueprints for embedding services, contracts, protection, support, and digital lifestyle solutions
- Translate strategic opportunities into business cases and execution-ready roadmaps
- Manage cross-functional alignment and stakeholder engagement across international and local teams
- Establish a clear strategic roadmap and measure initiative impact
- Prioritize and activate EBIT-accretive initiatives
- Increase penetration, attachment, retention, and customer lifetime value
- Strengthen digital contribution to service sales and usage across the customer lifecycle
