Deal Advisor and Framecontract Manager Enterprise/ Public & Commercial(m/w/x)
In this role, you will be the vital link between Sales and management, focusing on preparing deal engagements, developing pricing strategies, and driving gross margin improvements. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with account managers and participating in client meetings to strategically position the offerings.
Anforderungen
- University or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5-8 years advanced sales experience required
- Broad understanding of market development
- Demonstrated success in achieving progressively higher quota
- Deep knowledge of products, solutions, or services
- Very solid skill with HPE Operations tools
- Knowledge of industry trends and associated solutions
- Business fluency in German and English
- Good prioritization and time management skills
Aufgaben
- Prepare deal engagements and RfPs with appropriate pricing strategies
- Seek new RfP opportunities and enhance existing ones
- Develop pursuit plans for profitable business alignment
- Manage opportunities and frame contracts with account managers
- Contribute to proposal development and negotiations
- Lead pricing strategy for Compute and Storage to secure approvals
- Advise the Country BU Manager on pricing strategies
- Interface with experts to provide pricing guidance
- Monitor gross margin for existing frame contracts
- Drive improvement initiatives with Deal Desk and Sales
- Report gross margin performance and recommend corrective actions
- Focus on gross margin growth during contractual renewals
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales GTM teams
- Participate in client engagements, including C-level meetings
- Maintain knowledge of competitors to strengthen positioning
- Deliver training and communication on pricing strategies to the Sales community
