- Take ownership of existing data products
- Ensure continuous improvement and adoption of data products
- Foster cross-functional collaboration for data-driven use cases
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability
- Collaborate with Data Governance and Data Stewards
- Provide functional leadership to data engineers
- Prioritize data initiatives
- Develop the Data & Analytics strategy
- Define KPIs, innovations (e.g., AI/ML), and reporting
