- 3-5 years IT/related sales experience (infrastructure, software, services advantage)
- Understanding of Data Center market technologies, trends, workloads (Cloud, Converged Systems, Analytics)
- MS Office and sales CRM (MS Dynamics) knowledge
- Use of interactive tools (chat, forums, E-Mail, monitoring, social media)
- Entrepreneurial mind-set and self-starting capability
- Can-do attitude and high self-motivation
- Fluent German language skills
- Fluent English language skills
Aufgaben
- Establish relationships with new customers
- Secure contracts for Data Center Solutions and Lenovo 360
- Identify potential customers using direct and indirect methods
- Develop mid- and long-term territory plans
- Drive the entire sales cycle from initial engagement to closed sales
- Qualify prospects against company criteria
- Consult prospects on business challenges and solution options
- Provide forecasts for best-case and most likely sales volumes
- Cultivate relationships with third-party and partner companies
- Collaborate with internal functions like technical sales, marketing, and delivery teams
- Provide feedback on market trends and competitive threats
- Identify opportunities to extend company offerings
