Acquiring new enterprise and commercial customers for a global technology company, managing the full sales cycle independently. 3-5 years B2B acquisition sales experience required. Employee Share Purchase Plan, internal e-learning platform.
Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 3-5 years B2B sales experience with proven new customer acquisition success
- Face-to-face selling experience in enterprise or commercial environments
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and close opportunities independently
- Fluent German for customer interaction
- Business communication skills in English
- Solid understanding of commercial sales processes and pipeline management
- High self-motivation, resilience, and results-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
- Frequent travel within assigned territory required
Aufgaben
- Identify and target new enterprise and commercial customers
- Acquire customers within assigned territory
- Own full acquisition sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
- Conduct face-to-face meetings to understand customer needs
- Present solutions to customers
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of business opportunities
- Collaborate with Inside Sales on targets and activities
- Manage onboarding of newly acquired customers
- Hand over customers to long-term account teams
- Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting
- Update internal systems with pipeline information
- Represent the company professionally in all interactions
