Anforderungen
- Strong hands-on Data Analytics or Analytics Engineering background
- Technical capabilities comparable to Senior Data Analyst
- Strong understanding of SQL
- Strong understanding of data modelling
- Strong understanding of BI
- Strong understanding of modern analytics architectures
- Experience with modern cloud analytics platforms
- Experience with Databricks, Power BI/Microsoft Fabric, or comparable technologies

- 3+ years leading Data Analytics, Analytics Engineering or comparable technical teams
- Experience in coaching, performance management, hiring, feedback and career development
- Understanding of data, analytics and data modelling beyond technology
- Experience in at least one relevant business or data domain
- Comfortable leading people in a matrix organization
- Leadership requires influence, coaching and alignment
- Enjoyment of working at intersection of people, business and technology
- Desire for leadership position developing others with technology involvement
- Confident communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable challenging existing approaches
- Ability to create alignment around better solutions
- Comfortable working remotely within Germany
Aufgaben
- Lead and develop a team of Data Analytics professionals
- Coach and manage team performance and development
- Plan training and certification for the team
- Provide functional and technical leadership to Data Product teams
- Challenge analytical approaches and act as a sparring partner
- Contribute to selected analytics initiatives with technical expertise
- Solve complex data challenges
- Support the team with Senior Data Analyst expertise
- Shape Data Analytics as a capability
- Establish and evolve analytics standards and best practices
- Develop standards for analytics engineering, data modelling, and Power BI
- Develop standards for self-service analytics and AI-assisted development
- Partner with Product Managers and Data Engineering leadership
- Ensure the right people, skills, and technical quality for delivery
- Help scale the Analytics organization
- Partner on workforce planning and recruiting
- Oversee onboarding and talent development
- Create an environment for team growth and development
- Ensure team clarity, feedback, and support
- Strengthen team technical expertise and business-domain knowledge
