- 6+ years relevant product experience
- Strong experience in Data Product Management, Analytics Products, or data-intensive products

Aufgaben
- Own the Data Product strategy and portfolio within your domain
- Translate business challenges into scalable, reusable Data Products
- Develop analytical capabilities with clear business outcomes
- Define and drive the product vision and roadmap
- Identify the most valuable problems to solve
- Prioritize opportunities based on business value, strategic relevance, user needs, and capacity
- Act as the primary product counterpart for senior business stakeholders
- Create transparency around priorities, dependencies, trade-offs, and delivery
- Ensure clear alignment between business and Data & AI
- Challenge requirements and identify underlying business problems
- Move conversations towards reusable solutions for broader user value
- Drive adoption and value realization of Data Products
- Use product metrics, usage insights, stakeholder feedback, and business KPIs
- Understand Data Product usage and outcome delivery
- Lead through a cross-functional matrix organization
- Work closely with Data Engineers, Data Analysts, Forward Deployed Engineers, and DataOps
- Translate product priorities into successful delivery with functional leadership
- Own the product backlog and prioritization
- Create clarity around team work and its purpose
- Balance new business capabilities, technical improvements, migration, and operational requirements
- Support the transition towards self-service analytics
- Ensure Data Products are understandable, reusable, and accessible
- Identify opportunities to reduce dependency on central teams
- Continuously improve the Data Product portfolio
- Identify duplication, gaps, dependencies, and reuse opportunities across products and domains
