- •Understanding of programmatic advertising required
- •Strong analytical skills
- •Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
- •Ability to learn quickly
- •Enthusiasm for fast-paced environment
- •Exceptional organizational skills
- •Fluency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- •Experience in Salesforce, Gainsight is a plus
- •Fluent English and German language skills

- •Understand the digital advertising ecosystem.
- •Build knowledge of IAS products and processes.
- •Oversee client health, onboarding, and renewals.
- •Act as the main contact for assigned clients.
- •Provide timely problem resolution and escalations.
- •Prepare regular reports and analyze client activity.
- •Develop trusted relationships with key client stakeholders.
- •Ensure timely delivery of IAS solutions.
- •Assist with customer requests and escalations.
- •Identify at-risk scenarios and enact solutions.
- •Drive upsell opportunities with the Sales team.
- •Conduct regular business reviews with key clients.
- •Track customer engagements in internal systems.
- •Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams.
- •Onboard new customers effectively.
- •Communicate product enhancements to clients.
- •Share industry knowledge with team members.
