Anforderungen
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting within SaaS or enterprise software
- Understanding of German Consumer industry dynamics
- Manage complex customer engagements and stakeholder relationships
- Experience managing enterprise accounts and driving customer outcomes
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strategic and hands-on execution ability
- Experience with Enterprise Architecture, IT transformation, or SaaS Management topics is a plus
- Curiosity and willingness to learn are essential
- German language proficiency
- English language proficiency
