Customer Success Manager(m/w/x)
Customer lifecycle management for B2B digital platforms wlw & EP. Initial customer-facing experience required. 30 vacation days, Christmas/New Year's Eve off.
Anforderungen
- Initial experience in customer-oriented environment (e.g., customer success, account management)
- Strong interest in Customer Success, digital products, B2B models
- Structured, organized work with good prioritization
- Experience with CRM tools for customer interaction, data tracking, personalized support
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Curiosity and willingness to learn and grow
- First experience in B2B environment is a plus
- Fluent in German
- Very good command of spoken English
Aufgaben
- Manage B2B customer relationships throughout the lifecycle
- Promote Visable and Digital Platforms wlw & EP to B2B customers
- Collect and share customer feedback with internal departments
- Support the development of customer-focused strategies and features
- Maintain high levels of customer orientation and service awareness
- Develop and improve Customer Success processes and playbooks
- Guide customers in achieving their goals using our platforms
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the lifecycle
- Analyze customer data to identify usage patterns and adoption opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product and service offerings
- Stay informed about company events and stakeholder activities
- Develop and maintain a central knowledge database of CS playbooks
- Identify and pursue potential opportunities for additional services
- Work with Sales to capitalize on identified opportunities
