Anforderungen
- Analytical strength and ability to assess complex customer processes and PTV Logistics portfolio solutions
- Commercial mindset and ownership of ARR development
- Self-starter with confident customer presence and strong sense for practical, business-minded solutions
- Ability to maintain overview in complex situations, spot bottlenecks/opportunities, and derive structured actions
- Clear and convincing communication, internal and external, with professional expectation management
- Excellent English and German language skills, written and spoken
- Team player with prior experience in a similar role and maturity in dealing with stakeholders
Aufgaben
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned strategic accounts
- Build strong relationships at multiple levels within customer organizations
- Conduct strategic customer success programs, including CS Intro, Business Reviews, and Success Plans
- Tailor customer success programs to specific customer needs
- Proactively identify customer needs and challenges
- Lead workshops and training sessions remotely and on-site
- Track relevant KPIs and success metrics
- Work closely with the Product team to bring in customer feedback
- Jointly shape existing and future solutions with the Product team
- Develop expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Act as project manager on customer-specific projects and analyses
- Document best practices and customer success stories
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing across the Customer Success team
