- Experience with diverse internal/external stakeholders
- Exceptional English and French communication skills
- Empathetic, positive attitude and customer focus
- Flexible approach and ability to operate with uncertainty
- Ability to manage 15-20 accounts
- Loyalty/promotion industry or marketing experience
Aufgaben
- Build customer relationships to understand goals and pains
- Drive product adoption
- Translate customer insights into actionable feedback for Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
- Connect customer marketing objectives with our API-driven product
- Explain complex product configuration steps clearly
- Collaborate with Technical Account Managers and the development team
- Integrate Talon.One with customer systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues
- Communicate with diverse audiences across roles, levels, and cultures
- Document and share customer information internally
- Build training resources
- Reduce support tickets
- Drive retention and growth for your customer portfolio
- Handle upsell and renewal conversations
- Prepare and deliver strategic value to customers
- Deliver business value to customers daily
