In this role, you will be the go-to person for customers, guiding them from onboarding through their entire journey with Superchat. You will address their needs, provide expert advice on features, and actively contribute to improving the product based on customer feedback.

Anforderungen
- •Completion of studies and some experience in customer-facing roles, sales, or a similar field
- •First touchpoints in B2B or SaaS environments
- •Strong curiosity for tech and enjoyment of exploring new tools and systems
- •Strong English skills (native or near-native), both written and spoken
- •German skills are a plus
- •Structured work style, high level of ownership, and strong organizational skills
- •Strong critical thinking skills for analyzing complex situations and making decisions
- •Motivation to learn, grow, and make an impact

- •Develop a deep technical understanding of the product
- •Serve as a key point of contact for customers throughout their lifecycle
- •Support customers from onboarding and help them use Superchat effectively
- •Address customer needs with empathy and expertise
- •Advise customers on new features and product updates
- •Help customers achieve their goals with Superchat
- •Collect feedback on product usage and contribute to software development
- •Collaborate on cross-team projects to enhance customer experience
