Aufgaben
- Process sales orders
- Track orders and investigate issues
- Process and report invoices for payment
- Generate credit notes for returns
- Respond to customer inquiries about order status
- Follow up on backorders and offer replacements
- Coordinate pick-ups with customers and logistics providers
- Process and edit customer orders
- Resolve order discrepancies
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and freight forwarders
- Ensure timely and appropriate order shipping
- Partner with Commercial Department and Customer Success team
- Meet and exceed customer and internal expectations
- Listen to stakeholder needs
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders
- Identify areas for improvement
- Assess multiple tasks
- Develop efficient task completion plans
