- Check product availability and capacity planning in SAP
- Maintain accurate order documentation and post-sales efficiency
- Process deliveries for timely shipment to customer sites
- Obtain approvals and follow up on back orders
- Create invoices, credit notes, and manage return orders
- Monitor open orders in OOPA
- Book acceptance, revenue, and warranty dates in SAP
- Collaborate with sales operations, production, warehouse, and export
- Participate in continuous improvement projects
