- Manage communication channels for customer inquiries and complaints
- Handle inbound and outbound customer sales and service
- Process and manage orders and product returns
- Ensure on-time delivery and address order processing irregularities
- Maintain customer data and conduct debtor control
- Respond to customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
- Allocate medical questions for cosmetics and prescription products
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service
- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately
- Stay updated on product knowledge for accurate customer information
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required
- Initiate process changes to improve customer care
- Oversee the Alpine Customer Service region in the manager's absence
