- Identify and close expansion deals end-to-end
- Build business cases and lead negotiations
- Manage contracts and pricing logic
- Map stakeholders and analyze customer dynamics
- Coordinate growth opportunities across internal departments
- Build accurate expansion forecasts and timelines
- Hire and develop a specialized expansion team
- Establish standards and repeatable growth engines
