- Diagnose and resolve software glitches or hardware issues
- Perform hardware resets and ingredient replacements
- Monitor system performance and address technical irregularities
- Liaise with tech support to resolve configuration issues
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food prep readiness
- Uphold strict hygiene and organization standards
- Perform regular quality checks and assurance
- Handle customer inquiries with empathy and clarity
- Provide action-oriented follow-through on customer issues
- Share operational feedback to drive product improvement
- Collaborate with technical teams to improve reliability
- Manage operational readiness from delivery to presentation
